All services are digital and delivered online through our platform.

2. Payment and Pricing

• Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) on our website.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
• We do not store any payment/card information on our servers.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Once a user has submitted input (e.g., text, selfie, audio, or video) for generation, the AI process begins immediately.
• Because the service is digital and customized, cancellations are not possible once the process has started.

4. Refund Policy

• No automatic refunds are provided, as all services are digital and instantly consumable.
• No-Return Policy for Digital Goods: Since services are AI-generated and delivered online, they are non-returnable under applicable consumer protection guidelines.
• If you face any technical errors, corrupted outputs, or incomplete deliveries, you may request support within 7 days of purchase.
• Refund requests will be evaluated case-by-case, and may be resolved through:
  • Re-generation of outputs
  • Replacement credits/coins
  • Partial or full refund (only if the issue is valid and cannot be resolved)
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To raise a concern, please contact us with the following:

• Order ID / Transaction ID
• Description of the issue
• Screenshots or files showing the error

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Dissatisfaction due to personal preference/style where the AI has functioned correctly.
• Wrong input files uploaded by the user (e.g., low-quality images, noisy audio).
• Use of the Trial Pack / Free Credits.
• Requests made after 7 days of order delivery.
